Radhika Rakholia is an accoutant by trade but she has started a new enterprise called Whisking Up Love.  She's baking some of the best cookies I have ever tasted in Indio.  Although she will deliver locally or allow curbside pickup, she will also ship safely and promptly to those out of the area.  I suggest you take a look on the website and try a dozen of these great cookies.
